The Shrink was founded in 1998 by Ronald Fiolet & Henri Lookers. In 1998 they had a smashing hit with the track Nervous Breakdown which reached every top 10 in every dance chart in the world. In the UK the song went up to number 1 in the Dancecharts and it reached number 32 in the Official UK TOP 40. Nervous Breakdown is a real classic one!

In 2000 The Shrink produced the hit track Are you ready to party and was again a top 10 dance hit in the world. This record reached high notations in the UK Dance charts and in the Official UK TOP 40. After producing thirteen hits in a row the Shrink project ended. At the end of the year 2006 they met John Marks and started talking about a remake of Nervous Breakdown.
                                                                                                                    
Now, John Marks and Maarten de Jong made a remix of this track! They are both young and successful producers of White Villa Records. Maarten de Jong is just twenty four and already responsible for several hits of other DJs. He made several successful remixes for DJs like John Marks, Roy Gates, DJ JOSE, Melvin Warning and Artento Divini. His musical style can be described as Tech Trance.

John Marks produced about 125 Top 100 quotations and 7 Top 10 hits for others. He developed into a much wanted phenomenon in the club scene at national level and international level.
